Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using this website or placing an order. By accessing our store, browsing our content, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms below. Who We Are

AuraSpin™ operates this online store, including all associated pages, content, features, tools, products and services (together, the "Site"). Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to AuraSpin™.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to place an order. By purchasing from us, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products, Descriptions and Pricing

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours and finishes as accurately as possible. Screen settings vary, and minor differences in colour, finish or packaging between the images shown and the item delivered are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Product availability is not guaranteed. Prices, product descriptions, promotional offers and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission in a listing, price or description, and to cancel or amend an order placed on the basis of such an error, even after the order has been submitted and payment taken. Where an order is cancelled for this reason, the amount paid for that order will be returned to the original payment method.

Orders and Acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer; it does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders placed by resellers or distributors, orders with an incomplete or undeliverable address, and orders exceeding reasonable quantities for personal use.

Once an order has entered fulfilment it can no longer be modified. Cancellation requests are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Payment

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing details you supply are true and complete. All payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card details. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country are your responsibility and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Shipping and Returns

Delivery timeframes, carrier handoff and delivery-related liability are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, cancellations and the treatment of damaged or defective items are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference and should be read alongside this document.

Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with your order, you agree to contact us first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or in circumstances covered by our Return & Refund Policy, is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest such disputes with full order, delivery and correspondence records, and to refuse future service to the account holder.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the AuraSpin™ name and logo, text, graphics, photographs, video, audio, product imagery, page layout and code — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Any trade marks, artist names, band names, titles or other third-party marks that may appear in product listings or content remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the item concerned. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.

Your Content

If you send us reviews, photographs, videos, comments, suggestions or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that material in connection with our business, including in marketing, without compensation or attribution. You confirm that any material you send is your own, does not infringe anyone else's rights, and is not unlawful, abusive or misleading. We are under no obligation to publish, maintain or return any material you submit, and may remove it at any time.

Prohibited Use

You may not use this Site for any unlawful purpose; to breach any law or regulation; to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party; to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, scrape, crawl or spider the Site; or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site or any related service.
